Contrary to popular and uninformed beliefs, there is a copious amount of scientific research that has already been concluded on the human benefits of cannabinoid consumption, with new scientific papers and lab results published almost daily.

ARE HEMPTIUM™ HEMP-DERIVED CBD PRODUCTS LEGAL TO POSSESS & SHIP TO ALL 50 US STATES?

Yes. HEMPTIUM™ legally ships its proprietary hemp-derived CBD products to all 50 States. The United States Farm Bill of 2014 classified industrial hemp as containing less than 0.3% THC. Because all of our products contain 0.0% THC (our Hemp-Derived CBD Isolate and Exclusive ADVANCED SPECTRUM™ Tincture), we are allowed by U.S. federal law to ship to all states.

ARE HEMPTIUM™ HEMP-DERIVED CBD PRODUCTS PURE AND NATURAL?

Yes. The purity of HEMPTIUM™ products is derived from the fact that all of our formulations are tested by independent third parties. This ensures that the premium quality of our raw ingredients makes it through to our final products. WHAT ARE CANNABINOIDS?

Cannabinoids are the primary chemical compounds produced by the cannabis plant and have been patented by the US Department of Health and Human Services as “antioxidants and neuroprotectants.” While there are dozens of identified cannabinoids, HEMPTIUM™ plants have naturally high levels of Cannabidiol (CBD) while having 0.0% Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). All HEMPTIUM™ products contain 0.0% THC.

ARE HEMPTIUM™ HEMP-DERIVED CBD PRODUCTS RICH IN PHYTOCANNABINOID HEMP OILS?

Yes. Phytocannabinoids are the dozens of different cannabinoids naturally found in the hemp plant. HEMPTIUM™ hemp genetics have a naturally high concentration of the phytocannabinoid cannabidiol (CBD) while also containing a full spectrum of all other phytocannabinoids, which makes our products unique in this regard. HEMPTIUM™ Hemp-Derived CBD Isolate products are also produced from these rich phytocannabinoid oils.

ARE HEMPTIUM™ HEMP-DERIVED CBD PRODUCTS TESTED BY 3RD PARTIES FOR SAFETY AND QUALITY?

Yes. While HEMPTIUM™ products are produced in a Vertically Integrated, FDA registered food-grade facility, we take the extra step to ensure safety and quality by having all products independently tested by multiple third party labs.

IS THE HEMPTIUM™ AGRICULTURAL PROCESS VERTICALLY INTEGRATED?

Yes. HEMPTIUM™ grows its hemp-derived CBD on very tightly controlled and Vertically Integrated U.S. family farms. The HEMPTIUM™ production system provides farmers with proprietary genetics, agronomic training and resources, and a platform to turn hard work into profits.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ADVANCED SPECTRUM™ HEMP-DERIVED CBD AND HEMP-DERIVED CBD ISOLATE?

HEMPTIUM™ ADVANCED SPECTRUM™ hemp oils contain dozens of cannabinoids patented by the US Department of Health and Human Services as antioxidants and neuroprotectants, including cannabidiol (CBD). Our CBD Isolate products contain only the single CBD cannabinoid (cannabidiol) and are available in oils (tinctures & topicals) or powders (capsules).

In terms of the current state of the market for CBD, we see the terms “full spectrum” and “broad spectrum” being used solely as marketing terms, hoping to sway customer’s beliefs that they are superior to CBD ISOLATE, but this debate isn’t quite so easily settled. Current scientific studies (as of 9-01-2019) have not yet proven that “full spectrum” and “broad spectrum” marketed products offer any greater degree of efficacy than CBD isolate products. The “entourage effect” terminology, in its current and scientifically unsupported usage, is still a “hopeful biological presumption” – even though further lab research will likely show its efficacy.

As more and more research comes to light, and as the lab work narrows down and proves an enhanced synergy between the 114+ known cannabinoids working together (as we believe it will), then we at HEMPTIUM™ must adhere to the current scientific findings, and how they apply to our customers.

WHY DOES HEMP-DERIVED CBD WORK WELL FOR SO MANY DIFFERENT THINGS?

Discovered in the late 1990s, all mammals produce cannabinoids naturally as part of what’s called our “Endocannabinoid System” (ECS). The ECS serves to help the body’s immune, central nervous, and digestive systems maintain balance, or homeostasis. When our bodies are deficient in cannabinoids due to genetics or environmental stress, a variety of neurological conditions can develop. No, HEMPTIUM™ does not sell seed or clones. Any products purporting to be such are not affiliated with HEMPTIUM™ in any way.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CHARLOTTE’S WEB™ PRODUCTS AND HEMPTIUM™ HEMP-DERIVED CBD PRODUCTS?

There is no genetic difference in terms of the hemp-derived CBD utilized in each of these products. Charlotte’s Web is a specific consumer brand which happens to use the same hemp cultivar as HEMPTIUM™.

DOES HEMPTIUM™ SELL PRODUCT THROUGH MLM, DIRECT SELLERS, AMAZON, EBAY, ETC.?

No. HEMPTIUM™ maintains a very strict protocol for the distribution of ALL of our products, and will only sell our branded products on this website, as well as through approved and thoroughly vetted retail channels. A list of APPROVED SELLERS will be shown on our site in November of 2019.
